I am a very happy and bubbly person, with a passion to care. I LOVE fitness, and you can find me in my Kangoo Boots or in my 2nd home the gym!
I never judge people, as we are all different and have different strengths and weaknesses. I really enjoy working with people's weaknesses, and turning them into a strength!
I understand that adapting new fitness habits is difficult and often at times they fail. My goal is to change your view on fitness, so that it becomes a part of who you are and your lifestyle. I strongly believe that if you practice healthy habits, you will be able to obtain a healthy lifestyle.

Since loosing weight I have never looked back!!

I used to be a lot bigger than I am now. This pic was how I used to look like!!
It is so easy to gain weight, and harder to lose it, but I can make it easy for you to lose and maintain.
Me Before Loosing Weight

I joined a weight loss company, lost over 6 stone, and kept it of by a good diet and regular fitness. I have never looked back, and love my new healthy life!
Me Now

I can give general food and exercise advise.
I know loosing weight is not easy, and everyone is different.
But with Kangoo Jumps I am not all about just cardio, as 1/4 of the KJ session is Muscle Strength Endurance and body toning.
