There are always a lot of questions when it comes to Kangoo Jumps. Below are answers to some of the most common questions I’ve received. There are obviously a lot more questions, so feel free to get in touch with me and ask away.

What is Kangoo Jumps?

Kangoo Jumps is a rebound exercise using specially designed boots, which take up to 80% impact when jumping. The boots are very good for people who have lower body problems, as they protect the Muscle Skeletal System when jumping. 

The boosts are very safe and you will not fall over

What are the different sizes of boots?

There 3 different boot sizes you can book, so please book the size that best fits you. 

Small Fits 3-5

Medium Fits 6-8

Large Fits 9-10

Please note the boots have a max weight limit of 90-100 KG (15 - 16 Stone) 

If your weight is more than the limit, do not worry, I can change boots to fit a persons weight! Please advise me so I can make sure I have the perfect pair of boots for you 

Please do not be offended when I ask for your weight and height. I only ask so I know you have the right boot, as your safety is my primary concern! 

Why is Kangoo jumps a good calorie burner?

Kangoo jumps is an aerobic workout which puts the cardiac system into a hard workout. You can burn up to 800 calories in 1 hour

Can Kangoo help sculpt?

Yes, during a jump session, I will add in at least 10 minutes of MSE (Muscle Strength Endurance) This will focus on core, legs and arms.

Will I fall over?

No! You are secure in the boots and I am fully first aid trained should anything happen to you.
